This is a 9-month practice-based programme that teaches you how to use Unreal Engine (the gaming platform responsible for viral games like Fortnite) to create your best game design portfolio. You will design your own multi-player game as proof of concept at the end of this course, one of the most structured courses available online.
Unreal Engine is a powerful 3D creation tool that supports the development of immersive VR and AR projects, including the creation of a full metaverse. Some renowned AAA Games that use Unreal Engine are Fortnite, Yoshi’s Crafted World Gears of War, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Final fantasy 7 remake etc.
It's a system based on the concept of using a node-based interface to create gameplay elements from within Unreal Editor. With artist-friendly Blueprint visual scripting, you can rapidly prototype and ship interactive content without touching a line of code.

No, the course is designed for all students/professionals irrespective of their existing expertise. The syllabus doesn’t involve any form of coding. It utilizes Blueprint Visual Scripting system in Unreal Engine. This is a complete gameplay scripting system based on the concept of using a node-based interface to create gameplay elements from within Unreal Editor.
The game designing fundamentals & gaming engine that’s used are same. The additional knowledge of VR integration & Metaverse design concepts are required. All this will be covered in this course. Please refer to the curriculum.
It is a complete online course. Upon the completion of your course, a certification will be provided by EDGE METAVERSITY.
