Dr Dogra is a leading academician in the field of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering with a wide-ranging experience of more than a decade in research and higher education. Holding a Ph.D and double Master’s in Air Business Management and Aerospace Engineering, he is known for his remarkable contribution in various research publications. He has filed three patents in his areas of specialisation that include Aerospace, Aviation Management and Mechanical Engineering. He has authored and published over a dozen research papers for national and global publications including SCOPUS. Also, he holds licensed certification from the University of California, Irvine and is active member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has been recently entrusted with responsibility of assistant professor in the Air Business Management division at UPES, Dehradun.

Dr. Nayhel Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Post Graduation degree In Operations (MBA) & Masters in Engineering in Industrial Design Engineering. He has published several papers in "Web of Science" and "SCOPUS-indexed” journals and his research citations can be seen on Google Scholar as well. He has presented numerous papers at National & International Conferences. A distinguished Academician having experience of four years, Dr. Nayhel Sharma has held various positions in Academic Administration as well. He is also the reviewer for various reputed National & International journals. A Mechanical Engineer graduate, Dr. Nayhel Sharma also holds an Advanced Diploma in Russian language.
